Well, I seem to find myself in Gatlinburg at least once a week these days. I can’t get the idea out of my head of starting a little show down there just because it is one of my favorite places.
I have a private corporate show at the Park Vista tonight and they were gracious enough to get me a room for overnight. So Adri, Eden and myself will go and enjoy the pool, I will give them a fantastic entertainment experience (as usual) and in the morning we will probably eat the high fat buffet (we can never say no to a smiling omelet chef). So I will have to really get with it when I get home tomorrow to meet my 4 pound goal.
We will see, All I know is if I did not have a goal I would not even try,
That is the question that is asked over and over again in one of my favorite movies, Batman Begins. It is not only a line in a movie but a great lesson in life. The answer of course is “So that we can learn to pick ourselves up”
As I think about that great truth of living life it creates a stir deep in my soul that could easily bring me to tears. I have fallen MANY MANY times in my 32 years on this earth and I have always picked myself back up.
